Why are they called Sneads Ferry Sneakers?
There is a little town in North Carolina called Sneads Ferry. The fishermen in the area wear white boots that are cooler than the orange or black boots they used to wear in the late 1970"s. After that time they discovered the white boot that evolved into the Sneads Ferry Sneakers.
Sherry Thurston created the logo of the "Sneads Ferry Sneakers" which is her logo and branding which was copyrighted in 1992.
